My faith has been encouraged in reading Eric Mataxas’ book on Bonhoeffer who was a pastor and part of the plot to kill Hitler.

Bonhoeffer knew the depths of grief in a broken world and stood on Christ the Rock in profound joy. He was killed by Hitler’s direct order two weeks before the Allied troops reached the camp.
